Bought a season pass but it wont let me donwload my episodes
Got a season pass for little Bush season one but iTunes is trying to charge me to download the episodes. Im logged in, Ive logged in and out, I downloaded 3 of the episodes but I cant get the other three.
I've been having the same problem this week, I have passes for 'Til Death and TNA Impact. Both series have new episodes up in the Store but I can't download them with my pass even though they're available, haven't even got an email notification they're available either. Check for purchases isn't working for me either. I'd like to know what's going on, moreso because I just bought another pass for another show.
Just got a reply from iTunes support in our third round on this issue. Total boilerplate that completely misses the issues:

No reason why this is happening or if it will happen again. And what does "shortly" mean?
This year is the first year I bought a Season Pass and will most likely be the last.
I'm having the same problem. The epipsode of Grey's Anatomy
IS available, just not to season pass holders.
I created a new itunes account and was able to purchase the Grey's Anatomy episode that is still unavailable through my season pass.
It is very discouraging being penalized for purchasing a season pass.
I am having the same problem with csi season 8 and grey's season 4. if apple doesnt fix this, they are going to have some angry people on their hands. it's bad enough Heroes and House are produced by NBC universal and we wont get them on there but now this? gimme a break
It seems to be partially fixed, of the 3 passes that I was having problems with 2 of them now are working again (I got the notification emails and they are now downloading...and after I made another account to purchase the episodes because I was sick of waiting, oh well). 1 I'm still waiting on but I already bought the episode so not as big a deal. I'll be fully convinced it's fixed towards the end of this week once the next episods are available.
Same here. Two of three. The oldest of my problems from this past week, though, remains.
CSI and Numb3rs started finally working this morning. The Unit, though, which aired last Tuesday and didn't even show up in the store until Saturday still remains in limbo.
And, yes, no followup from Apple explaining the situation or offering so much as a "we're sorry for the hassle".
Has anyone else noticed that their downloads became available a one week increment after you bought the pass? I have Grey's Anatomy and the current episode finally became available last night at almost exactly the same time as I purchased the pass last week. I only have the one show/week to base my theory on so far though and was just curious if anyone else had noticed the same.
My episode became avalable on the 8th as well (along with the Season Pass e-mail)...
I recived 3-emails (including the initial automated response) from Apple support, and they gifted me 2 free songs for my trouble - excellent customer service in my case...
Last week it was Grey's Anatomy.This week it's How I Met your Mother and NCIS. This is my first year to use Season Pass and it will definitely be the last. What makes it more frustrating is that you wait 24+ hours to get a response from iTunes on your Support request and all they send are platitudes or stupid "advice" that doesn't apply.
iTunes/Apple needs to issue a statement acknowledging the problem and give a time frame for when it will be fixed. And they need to refund our money. I'm sick of waiting 4+ extra days to get my Season Pass download when you can buy the individual episode the day after airing.
I have seen the threads. I can say the same thing. South Park Season 11, Episode 8 will not download. And I have gotten the automated response too. Hmmm. Very strange indeed.
