First, make sure that you're logged into the iTunes Store using the account ID and password under which you purchased the season pass.

If you're sure that it's correct, try the Check for Purchase command under the Store menu. If the missing episodes still aren't appearing, contact the iTunes Store customer support department through the form at the bottom of their Season Pass FAQ web page (I recommend that you use the form, not the link in your Purchase History as they advise; that's not proven to be very reliable) and explain the problem to them.

Good luck.

UH... NO DAVE. (Shame on you for posing as some sort of expert. All your answers are generic and completely unhelpful. As a Top User you should really be helping people instead of boosting your rating. This problem is a well known issue that Apple is trying to keep quiet about.)

There is currently a "problem" with some shows. Robot Chicken is what I am having an issue with. For the past 3 weeks since the release of iTunes 7.4.1 I have not been able to download episodes. The first week of the outage the show downloaded, but did not appear in iTunes under TV Shows. Instead it was
"stuck" in a temporary folder. I have been in contact with Apple Support for the past 3 weeks and I have gotten no answers. I have a feeling that there is no "defect" with iTunes, but commercial issues between Apple and the content providers.

So what is your solution to the problem, Korexz? Suggest that Fripod sit with his/her thumb in his/her ear waiting for some mysterious "fix" to appear? Isn't it better and more useful for the Fripod, or anyone else experiencing a download problem, to at least contact the iTunes Store and let them know that there's a specific problem? There may indeed be no immediate solution, but if the problem is at least on record, then it's easier to get resolution eventually.

Not if the episodes show in the iTunes Store and can't be downloaded, which is what Fripod indicates is the case (though I may have misunderstood).

As to "boosting my rating", my rating is already as high as it can be, and I don't care two cents about numbers, counts, or points. Perhaps you'll spend a bit more time being helpful to other users rather than criticizing those who at least take the time to try and respond with some productive suggestions. If you have an alternate suggestion as to how Fripod should attempt to solve this problem, by all means suggest it. The only "shame" is in flaming someone else rather than trying to help.

Same with Grey's Anatomy Season 4. Funny thing is, the Apple Support Survey popped up right as I came looking for an answer to this pass problem. After finding no answer (I've tried all the suggestions above already), the survey was completed with a lot of "Very dissatisfied" answers.

I've used the links in the receipt email for the pass, I've gone to "Store" and clicked "Check for Purchases". Obviously, nothing has seemed to work, since I'm here complaining and not providing an answer.

Anyone have any other suggestions?

Thank you.

Hmm..I bought a season pass to GH Night Shift and itunes downloaded half of the episodes to a subdirectory on my computer not to itunes, plus there is only audio not the video.. Apple says it's my computer,I say it's the latest itunes update, I keep getting the message " unable to check for purchases at this time itunes store is temporairly unavailable. try again later." well, I have been trying for over a week. Apple says to open my fire walls but they are fine. I have gone as far as uninstalling my firewalls, reinstalling itunes, trying it on windows xp, i think it is the new itunes update.not my computer, they sure take our money fast enough, ya think somebody there could afford to address the issues. they keep saying it is my fault....pooh on you! I now have 15 items pending downloads and can not get them.

I have the same problem with Damages, Top Chef, Grey's Anatomy, Ugly Betty. I keep getting standard responses - it has been 3 weeks now and I have 10 downloads pending. I am so frustrated that I'm ready to throw my mac away. You can try everything they suggest but it doesn't help. It's not your computer but an apple issue and no one is trying to solve it. I've emailed twice asking for a refund.
HEEELLLLPPPP!!!!

I'm having roughly the same issues. The Unit hasn't appeared for four days (which might be CBS's fault... but it's still irritating). Worse, though, is CSI Season 8. I, too, see the second episode there in the store, but I've not been notified by email and no attempts to "check purchases" have worked for two days now.

I complained to iTunes Support and they issued me two credits. Nice, but it doesn't solve my problem. I think they intended for me to use them to get my "missing" episodes, but that won't help in either situation. The Unit isn't there and could, in theory, download properly once it finally shows up. The CSI episode, though, is even worse. When I try to use one of the credits to get episode #2, I get a message that my Season Pass already paid for it and it's just not available yet.

I complained again that the credits won't work in this situation and got this reply:

" I also see that when you try to purchase the episode you are being advised your trying to purchase something you've already purchased. You can go ahead and ignore that message and purchase the episode. It won't make a difference."

Uhhh... totally missed the point there. The only button you get is "ok" to acknowledge that you're being told you cannot buy an episode you've already bought (yet aren't being given).

Gggrrr....

I have the same problem with Grey's Anatomy. I've been staring at the episode avail all week wondering when it will come through on my season pass. I've tried lots of the same things other have but I haven't called Apple yet. Could anyone who has called Apple pass along the best number to call and any other advice when calling. I'm so frustrated!!

Let me just add to my post of about 30 minutes ago that Num3rs, for which I also have a season pass, just added the second episode and I'm in the same boat as with CSI.

Also, episode two of The Unit also just came online - FINALLY - after four days. Also will not download with "Check for Purchases".

Once this logjam breaks, I should have three episodes of CBS shows ranging from one to four days old coming through.
