Argos pre-orders (UK) for 21st

Regent street in London will be getting more stock of the16GB version on Monday morning...

I have a feeling that stock wont last very long at all, but im going to try and pick one up anyway. They don't do pre-orders do they?

I just rung them up and asked when they are instore.The man told me that they are only for van delivery, and wont be coming instore.
I asked him how do i use my voucher if im buying online...he seems to think that i have to go instore and odrer it from there, does anyone know if you can use vouchers online?

So if you order it tonight the websites says that it can be delivered for monday, and its free deliverey 😀

So im ordering mine next week when i have the rest of the money, hopefully thats when the good batches will be shipped out.

Just actually ordered (not-pre-ordered) one from the one's in the UK manchester warehouse just in TONIGHT. Hopefully from the new 38 week batch, hopefully.

I'm to go and collect it at the store this coming Wednesday. (Ordered the 16Gb iPod Touch)

Comet are NOT getting them in though for store purchase. Only store collection from warehouse deliveries.

Amnesiac - did it arrive? I've ordered mine from Argos as it said it was 'In stock' and have paid an extra £3 for delivery tomorrow.

I'm also not holding my breath and certainly won't bother waiting in for it. Argos are the worst retailer by far (actually, I think Dixons are THE worst).

I'm so annoyed at the fact that I ordered it on Apple online two weeks ago and loads of people walking in to stores and buying them before my order has been shipped that I vow never to buy anything from Apple online or an Apple store again. All my future Apple purchases will be from John Lewis - same price with added respect and customer care.

right...orederd one from argos but its not coming untill between the 1st of october to the 10th...theres a problem with there website.

and i WORK for comet and they dont have any in the RDC, i check the stock of it every weekends, so i wouldnt get your hopes up....

lol, ive done the exact same. but comet dont have them....belive me. i have acsess to there entire database and the main supplier for east england is still red...which mean there not even expecting any in for at least a week. so like i said...dont get your hopes up and stick to apple online 🙂

So on argos it says deliverey for the 24th september and so on, but on another thread they said there not sending them until the 28th?

Im a bit confused.. if i ordered one tomorrow would i get it befor the 28th.

I wish i didnt get a stupid credit voucher when i took a faulty priduct back, now im left with no choice but to buy from Argos, i would have prefereed travelling a bit and going direct to apple(sheffiled).

And god help me if this screen is 'bad' there gonna be all sorts of chaos whne trying to return it to the store as they only tell me that its can deliverey :P

no, i ordered one from argos and they phoned me saying they wont ship till the 28th, and so therefore wont arrive untill the 1st,
