how does arrange window behave on larger monitors

I have a 19" monitor. The Arrange window seems to automatically fill all the real estate in the window. Does this happen on larger monitors like a 24" or 30"

please answer if you have a larger monitor.

Yes it adapts the size of my 30" cinema screen automatically. With imported LP7 songs there is strange behaviour though, the windows and screensets are all over the place but once I resave them everything is fine
