Open control panel and check the date and time on your computer and make sure it is set correctly.

    Then restart your computer.

    Hope this helps.

Unable to connect to iTunes store. Met with "unkown error 11333" Using iTune 7.4.2 (4). After install/update of iTunes to 7.4.2, I was initially able to connect. First time I used machine off-line (not connected to net) I was given "... error 11333..." and have been unable to connect since. System clock set properly and was in fact never changed.

I get this error when trying to get cd artwork.

It seems to have started since the last update.

    Any solutions would be welcomed.

I've got the same probem for months now. I can log into any Apple related site where my username/passford is needed, but my iApps refuse to login. Firewall is now inactive, but with no result. What bugs me the most is that Apple doesn't respond to this issue.
I can't buy music, I can't order photoalbums, I'm completely shut down. What is the matter here?

I too have just started to get this error. When I got it last night, I assume iTunes was down for maintenance or something, but I'm still getting the error even now.

I had taken my iMac to mom's where I stayed for a few nights and the store worked, but th minute I brought it back home and hooked it back up, I was getting this error.

Does the Mac iTunes have a network diagnostic, cause I don't see one anywhere?

After downloading the new update for the iPhone, and doing an unsuccessful update (it put the phone into restore mode), and then restoring the iPhone, iTunes now refuses to connect to the iTunes Store and now my phone is locked and cannot be used. Thanks Apple. Love my iPhone, but does me no good if I can't use it.

Just spoke with Apple and they were able to fix my problem. Go to Applications>Utilities>Keychain Access, then select the preferences for Keychain Access, go to the certificates panel, make sure both pull downs are set to "Off". Then close this dialog, and then from the Keychain Access menu item, right below the preferences, select "Keychain First Aid". Select the radio button for "Repair" and click the Start button. After the repair, close and now try accessing the iTunes store. This completely fixed everything and now the iPhone is Activated and all is back to normal. Wheeeew!

I have also recently run into this problem. Hopefully I will get a quick fix on it and WILL post step process in repair. I have connectivity and podcasts will DL, just no store connect.
