You would have to look on your bill to determine that. I would say that you are, and the reason I say this is because I've sent my son SMS msg's only to find out (at that particular time) that he needed to add on some mins to his "pay as you go" package, so technically he didn't receive the SMS. However I was charged for the outgoing SMS message. Like I mentioned above though, you would have to determine that on your own by looking at your bill.
