VPN - Cannot Connect on MacBook Pro
Let me preface by saying I am a proud new owner of a MacBook Pro. Could not deal with my companies Win laptops anymore. Here is the problem:
- I can connect from home via my old IBM laptop to my company'a VPN (both via wifi and ethernet).
- I cannot connect to the VPN via my Mac (nor am I able to do so using my wife's Mac)
- I have a colleague at work that has no problem connecting with his Mac to our VPN. I also used his VPN config information, but I still was not able to connect to the VPN -- which tells me there is something wrong on my side of the network.
- Our network admin confirmed that he does not see my trying to log in.
- I also tried shutting down both the cable modem and router
So...where do I go from here? Do I have a router issue? A modem issue? Should I upgrade Modem or router firmware?
