soft edges on mask
is it possible to make a vignette look on an image in pages, I can apply a mask but the oval is hard edged, I would like a soft edge.....doable?????? any takers, thanks.

If you want your image to have rectangular soft edges, you can simply select the soft edge picture frame from *Graphic Inspector > Stroke > Picture Frame*. Unfortunately, the picture frame does not allow you to change the shape of the picture.
I have tried inserting an image over an oval mask, and I "picture framed" the oval mask to create something similar — it doesn't look bad, but definitely not what you require.
