Avery Business Card default template Number - Pages '08

I searched everywhere for the default Avery Business Card template number that Pages '08 is using by default without any luck, and noticed others had been asking the same question (even under the mis-spelt "Avary" name).

Well, it was right under my nose or eyes - all the default installed business cards are using the Avery 5371 template.

At the very bottom of all the default installed business card page layouts, in VERY small, light grey print it says "Avery 5371", so I gather that is the actual template number.

Personally I still prefer the AppleWorks method. 😉

Sorry I missed that one, and maybe some others, but at least we now know where to look and find what Avery template number is actually being used. 😉

The Avery 5881, 8373, 8869 (and possibly many othere) and all seem to be the same size with 8 per page while the
Avery 5371 seems to fit into the same size catagory for 10 per page as the: 27871 27881 27882 28371 28873 28876 28877 5371 5376 5377 5870 5871 5876 5877 5878 5882 5911 8371 8374 8376 8377 8471 8476 8571 8865 8870 8871 8872 8873 8874 8875 8876 8877 8878 8879 stock with various themes and types according to Avery.

It's up to the user to check on the stock number they want to use AND on what printer they will be using as there are certainly enough other variables, injet, laser, color, perf type etc. etc. 😉
