My ipod is broken, and I took it in to the apple store said, we can fix it but it'll be around $100. But then he told me there was this site that would fix it for like $30. Anyone know what this site is?

Macbook Pro, Mac OS X (10.4.10)

    Maybe this?

I don't think you'll see a fixed fee of $30 though. Surely the cost of repairing an iPod would depend on what's wrong with it?

I cracked my screen and broke the toggle switch on mine and I just got it fixed for a pretty decent price at www.ifixipodsfast.com. They'll even do diagnostic testing for an extra $5 (I think Apple charges $30 for the same thing?). You can either have it sent in (free shipping) to have it fixed or, if you're proficient enough to put it together yourself, they'll ship the parts to you for a lower cost. I got mine back in less than a week, so I had no complaints about this company.
