Thunderbird/Sunbird Synching?

i hope for the next update will be possible to sync via other softwares..:(

iCal, outlook and sunbird all use the same fileformat. If it's possible to make sunbird store it's callenders in the same place as iCal on the Mac and outlook on pc's, then it should teknacly be possible to do this.

I use sunbird myself but I havn't found such a capability. But I think it's more likely that we can get the open-source community to add such a capability than it is to get Apple to allow for other calendar programs. Apple probably thinks of it as a waste of time, while the sunbird people will just concider it another use for it's program.
