Conncection Problem (Dropped Consecutively)

I have just purchased my MacBook Pro and have been using it non-stop since the moment I opened it. The airport connection on my PowerPC has always worked fine, connecting effortlessly with my internet regardless of where and when. But the MacBook seems to be experiencing some difficulties I can't figure out.

It will connect for a good 0-5 minutes when the computer is started, or an application using the internet begins, until it is cut off. It says it 'can't connect with the network' anymore and to make things worse, it will sometimes cut the internet connection from all of the computers, XBox, and anything else using our internet. within my household. You have to restart the wireless connection, and sometimes the router, in order to establish the connection again. And once connected over it is completely fine until I reboot, bring my laptop back from sleep, etc.

+Has anyone ever experienced such problems?+

I can't even go to the internet cafe I used to because the only way it seems to work for a consecutive amount of time is if they restart their routers for me.

+Any ideas as to why this is happening?+
