Free VPN Server?

Is there a way to set up a free VPN server using my Mac? My router doesn't have VPN support (it will pass the connection, but it won't serve it). Also because I'm behind a router there is only one external IP address for 6 different computers, so how would I go about connecting in from my iPhone or laptop from an external connection (WiFi Hotspot or such)?

Just to correct BDAqua who may have mis read your post Vince Server is VNC server not a VPN server.

Have a look at openvpn
