Ipod stuck in 'Do Not disconnect' mode.
I have a 30Gb iPod which is stuck in " do not disconnect' mode and I don't know how to get it bck to normal
Here's what happened.
Plugged in my ipod in my G4 mac this morning to transfer some music from iTunes.. It didn't appear on the desktop or in iTunes, but the message on the ipod says 'Do not disconnect'. It's been like that for the nearly 16 hours. After several hours I did disconnect and plugged it into my ibook to see if that would make it do anything. Nothing . Still the same.
Any suggestions please
I wonder if the problem ties in with this. Earlier this week I downloaded Spring Cleaning for Mac. I transferred duplicate files to a folder in the external drive and up to last night had been trying to get these back again. I am chasing that particular problem with them. Waiting a response. Could the two things be related.
Thanks
