batch poster frame - time selection

hi all,

when importing vids into itunes, the poster frame selected tends to be black as it's the beginning of the video.

does anyone know of a way within itunes or thru a separate app, to set the poster frame for all files with a user selactable time, say 10, 20, 30 seconds into the video?
