Regarding Mail -

Go to Settings > Mail

Down after the mail accounts that you have is a selection = "Auto-Check". Depress that and you will see the automatic settings for checking mail.

Make a selection and work your way back out of that screen sequence.

With regard to traffic. I only see traffic information displayed on the screen when I put a 'from' and 'to' location in the appropriate areas.

I have never seen a specific traffic capability without both entries in the from and to locations.

yes, as a matter of fact the only account i have IS a yahoo acount... how did you know about that auto push? if i added another NON yahoo account would it show up? thanks alot for telling me that, i thought i had a whack phone. and thanks to all u for telling me about the main road thing on the maps... see im in college in lubbock, tx and you cant use the traffic button, maybe because its in the middle of no where.. so i was thinkin by traffic button was broken until i had the brains to try it in a bigger city like my hometown houston and it works, but only on main big highways... can you guys try and see if your traffic button works in lubbock texas? and thanks so much on the auto push help as well... very helpful im going to try and add another account thats not yahoo just to see if it will work.... i appreciate it
