Not sure about the iTunes problem. Except to say sign out of iTunes on your computer, then sign back in, and sync your phone. As for the second part of the question, Once side is the speaker, the other in the microphone.
Well shoot, is there a setting in the account to work with perifierals. Maybe a deactivating/reactivating of your devices. I really don't know much on this. Sorry.
yeah i tried calling them before i posted this and a automated message tells me to call at another time.... they make billions of dollars and cant even have 24/7 phone support.
Yea I know, but you can call tomorrow. I don't know about you, and with your problem I'm sure an automated service would me nice. But I much prefer to talk to a live person when problems arise with my phone. It's just that person to person interaction.
No, these are user to user forums. Apple has certain people that occasionally monitor and answer, but I don't think it's a regular thing. Mostly you'll get help from other users.
