X11 Problem

hi there.
I have had this problem for a while now, and have tried to live with it but now it is becoming a bit of a pain and really restricts my work.
Previously to my current MacBook Pro I had a G4 Powerbook. At work I connect the UTP ethernet cable and then run xhost + then telnet to my HP-UX machines and from those machines I would export my display to 10.1.99.21:0.0 (which was my Powerbook) I could then fire hpterms at my Powerbook and they were fine, Running Sam was never a problem. However the new MacBook pro wont allow this. I have to ssh to the HP-UX boxes and then fire the hpterms, which is OK, but if I run SAM and then a submenu of sam which is for OpenCall configuration I get an error

"X11 connection rejected because of wrong authentication.
ERROR: easyConfig can't reach the X serve"

It seems such a pain with this ssh and authentication etc

Is there a way to revert back to the "Good Old Days" before having to use ssh? Security is not an issue as it is a closed network.

I hope someone could help

Regards

thanks for your reply

*+xhost ++*
*+access control disabled, clients can connect from any host+*

That is on my MacBook

On the HP-UX machine I try to fire an hpterm to the MacBook and this is the result

*[telepath@tbsm04] hpterm*
*Error: Can't open display:*
*Error: Couldn't find per display information*

I try to export my Display (my MacBook)

*[telepath@tbsm04] setenv DISPLAY 10.1.99.21:0.0*
*[telepath@tbsm04] hpterm*
*Error: Can't open display: 10.1.99.21:0.0*
*Error: Couldn't find per display information*

Perplexing me this is
