iTunes Replacement Software for Windows

I would prefer a simple drag and drop windows program, similar to windows explorer, to upload songs directly from my windows folders to my 160 Gig iPod. I find the iTunes interface very slow, lacking in simplicity and tedious. Can anyone recommend a freeware or commercial or freeware program that works with the new 160Gig iPod Classic. There are a lot of windows users buying the iPod who can't stand Apple software.
