Can the Samsung LN-T3253H be used as an effective Mac Pro monitor?

Hello everyone, this is my first post here and I hope this particular question hasn't been posted yet, because I tried to search around and didn't find anything that fit exactly. I bought my first Mac a few months ago and couldn't be happier, but I've been wanting to replace my monitor and I have been thinking about using an LCD TV. I would use this LCD TV to hook up to my Playstation 3 and Wii as well in my room. The Samsung LN-T3253H is well received on review sites like CNET for its size at 32 inches and seems to be a perfect fit for what I want. My question is could my Mac Pro with its ATI Radeon X1900 XT graphics card connect (via a DVI to HDMI connection) to the Samsung LN-T3253H correctly and fit to the entire size of the TV at its full 1366x768 resolution (i.e. no black borders around the edges, and fits to the entire size of the LCD TV)?

I also noticed on this forum that many people connect to LCD TVs such as other Samsung LCD TVs and love them but a few say they're blurry and fuzzy and recommend sticking with a regular monitor solely. So my other question is would the images look blurry and hard to read or would it be vivid and crisp like you see on the Macbook screens? Thanks in advance for any answers to my questions!

Sincerely,

Scott Miller

1366 x 768 is low resolution for a 32" computer display. See if you can find a 1920 x 1080p LCD set. Even then you won't want to be too close to the screen. While it would seem that DVI to HDMI at the TV's native resolution would be easy, some TV's (especially Samsung), when seeing a HDI input at the LCD resolution, decide you don't really want to see the entire picture, so they enlarge it a bit to get rid of the edges (which may contain noise in a real TV signal). Some computer user's however, like to see the menu bar and dock, and for some strange reason, would like each dot from the computer line up with a dot on the screen, rather than being blurred because of the slight enlargement. Some brands have a dot-to-dot mode, but not the Samsungs I have seen. Sometimes they tell you about this in the manual. Usually you find out the hard way.
