Apple Store - Sales Tax in Idaho?

I went to purchase a Nano from the Apple store and it gave me an estimated sales tax, before I went through the rest of the order would anyone here know if there isn't an Apple store in Idaho will I still be charged sales tax?

Thanks!

I think it depends more on your state than the Apple store. For instance, the state of Missouri requires online/mail order stores to collect and remit sales tax on all items purchased by Missouri residents regardless of where the web store is located. Regardless of where I buy something, I still have to pay Missouri state sales tax on it just the same as if I went to a local store.

Thanks. I've placed many other online orders elsewhere and have never been charged sales tax as long as there wasn't a "store" in my state. I did just call Apple and the person I talked to said that if a state charges sales tax in any retail store then they will charge sales tax as well no matter if there is an Apple store or not in that state.
