I have just completed a plugin for the new Nokia 2630. I have made it available for download here on my site. It is free as are all my plugins. It does not involve hacking or anything like that. It is a plugin that can be removed if you do not wish to us it anymore.
24" iMac 2.4GHz,
Mac OS X (10.4.10),
320Gb HD, 2Gb RAM
I was looking for the same plugin and came to this discussion too. I went to the website and found out that it's no longer free. Being a stingy student, I emailed the owner and questioned him.
He replied me patiently stating the reasons that he needs to charge after posting this for some time. I guess this is justified, comparing to the hard work and time he dedicated to the site, plugins, and also supporting people who had problem installing them.
He also stated that it wouldn't be good for him to post again stating that now he charges. I guess since I kinda know what is happening, I should post here to help clear things up. Hope this helps. 🙂
