Can i upgrade my iMac PowerPC G4 to use 802.11n?
If I can't upgrade the card in the iMac will the iMac continue to access wireless signal at the slower speeds if I upgrade the router but not the iMac?

You could go down the Wireless Ethernet Adaptor route but you'll still be limited to the 100Mbps of the iMac G4's ethernet port.
An 802.11n router will still connect to clients using 802.11b/g.

The Netgear N-router instructions say it needs WPA2-PSK in order to offer N-speeds, otherwise it will run at G-speeds - does that make sense?
