Overcharged for an iTunes download

I just downloaded a $0.99 song from iTunes, and paid via PayPal. I was charged $1.98 vs. $0.99. I realize that this is not a big deal, but I couldn't find, anywhere, how to resolve such a problem. Anyone know? Thanks!

iMac, Mac OS X (10.3.9)

Log in to your store account. Somewhere in your account information there is a link to report to a problem.

Thanks! DUH! I didn't even know that that was there, and in looking around I realized that there wasn't even a problem. But I did learn something! THANKS!
