Screen Shot with Final Cut Pro???

does final cut have like a screen shot deal. what i am trying to do is take a screen shot or freeze a frame of video and make it a JPG. and i havent figured it out. am i calling it a different name than what it is. i have just started with Final cut. so i am a newbie

G5 and IBook, Mac OS X (10.4.10)

If you want a shot of your screen or even just a section of it, you can use Grab.

If you want to export a still frame of a video clip from FCP that you can use in other programs (Photoshop, etc), park the FCP playhead on the frame you want and then go to File->Export->Using QuickTime Conversion. Choose "Still Image" from the Format menu and then choose the file type from the Options menu.
