2 midi controllers at once?

Hi. I was just wondering.. can you use two midi controllers at once to use two different instruments at the same time?

MacBook, Mac OS X (10.4.9)

That is how i have been recording for years in Logic, sure you can as i have one for drum and the other Synthesizer for Cords,

I used a Midi/Sports usb interface two in two out, connected to Computer by usb, then go to Core/Audio and in Midi do setup of your instrument.
In Logic you select whatever pluggins you want to use and track enable,
