How request new Apple Store & Genius Bar

Flagstaff, AZ, is a wonderful place to live and because of that is growing leaps and bounds. I end up driving to the Chandler Apple store, more than 2 hours one way, great store in order to get my computer looked at rather than take the risk of mailing it. Does anyone know how to contact Apple/Steve Jobs to request an Apple Store opening in Flagstaff? ThanX
