Hi MJB,

I thought about this one for a long time.

I remember, at least on ProTools, when using SD2 files, you need to highlight them, and tell ProTools / Sound Designer to "Export regions to file". This causes the software to append the region data onto the actual SD2 audio file, after which you can open it in Logic and Logic should then "see" the regions.

Let me know if this works for you. I can try to do it at home, but since I am up to my eyeballs in work right now, it might take me a day or two to experiment.

Cheers

Hi MJ,

when I get home I'll see if I can open and export the files. The only issue would be if I can open your SD2 files in my protools and see if my protools can see the regions as you have them.

If I can see the SD2 files and the regions within, I will experiment to see if I can export the regions into Logic.

Why don't you upload one SD2 song, with it's audio, so I can take a look at it tomorrow.

I have a mixing session starting at 5pm, so probably tonight I'll be "mixed up" until late.

Cheers
