IMAP Broken (MS Exchange 2003 SSL v1.1.1)

Hi all:

I've been successfully running an IMAP account to our Exchange 2003 server for several months on my iPhone. I am running firmware v1.1.1. Our mail admin recently updated the SSL certificate on our external mail server and I can no longer authenticate to our Exchange server via IMAP. I keep getting "Cannot Get Mail
The user name or password for "mail.mydomain.com" is incorrect
." errors. My credentials have not change; I can successfully authenticate to access OWA & even Exchange via IMAP from Entourage; just not from the iPhone any longer.

Any assistance would be most appreciated.

Apollo...I had your issue awhile ago and just ended up deleting both the iPhone account and Outlook account. (BACK UP your Calender/Contacts first) The rebuilt them and all works fine again. I think (cant prove) that I had a sent email stuck and couldnt see it in digi land. Also I had to change the port number in outgoing to: out."accountname".com:587

Dont know if this will help you but it did for me.

Apollo_boy,

Under advanced, what authentication are you using?

If you are using, password, try NTLM instead. If using NTLM, try password instead.
