Games for new iPOD classic

I just bougth a new iPOD classic. One friend that came to USA to Colombia bougth the iPOD and now I want to install some games. But I saw that if I want to buy games I need an account and an address from USA. I don't have that options... how can I get some games for my new iPOD classic.

Thanks...

As of a few days ago they didn't have any compatible yet anyway. I bought one for my Classic and discovered after the fact that it will not work on the new one. APPLE allowed this purchase with my Classic connected, but it will not work. Wasit of time and $ right now.

You can't seriously be telling us that you bought a Classic for games (it comes with 3 preinstalled too!), should have spent your money on a Nintendo/ Sony handheld if thats what you wanted.

Um.... yeah I bought my Classic to play music on. I rarely play video games but there were two I had to buy since they were available for the classic, Ms Pacman and Tetris. I also use mine to watch videos that I purchase from iTunes, I have several TV shows seasons.

Why does it matter what I use my iPod for?

You cannot purchase anything from an iTunes store outside of the country in which you live and have a billing address as mentioned in the Terms of Sale.

"You agree not to use or attempt to use the Service from outside of the available territory, and that iTunes may use technologies to verify your compliance."

The Terms of Use for the iTMS state that you agree that you won't attempt to make purchases from outside the store's country in which you reside. The chance is small that Apple will disable your account, but just be aware that it is possible.
