Screen pixelated like an "etch-a-scetch"

So, I looked at my iPod yesterday and it has a horizontal line in the screen in the pixels. I thought "hmmm' and completely rebooted etc... to make sure i could get it out. Today i look and two other lines have joined the first-- 3 "etch-a-sketch" lines going all the way across my screen vertically. Now, i keep it in a case etc... and take very good care of it. I haven't dropped it or anything. Anything I can do to fix this? I already rebooted/dl'ed new software/factory restored etc...
