how do i Crop photos in keynote ?

I'd like to crop photos in keynote instead of using iphoto or preview. I usually need to flip photos vertically or horizontally, rotate them and then crop them. iphoto can do all but flip photos. keynote can do all but crop.

I'd like to be able to crop in keynote. am I missing something or it can't be done????

Welcome to the forums!

Keynote can indeed crop, or to use its terminology, "mask" photos. Select the image, then under the Format menu choose "Mask" (or "Mask with shape", if you don't want a rectangular mask).
