APPLE CINEMA DISPLAY 30 inches conect to a g4 MDD?

I have a big doubt, i conected the New Apple Cinema display 30 inches to a g4 POWER MAC DUAL PROCESOR AT 1.42 GHZ, it was succcesful until the image resolution was pixelate, the monitor display a limited resolution (1280 x ?)
Which graphic card can i get to my g4?
it is compatible with my agp slot, i dont have any idea of the topic, but i have some pictures of that.
Please help me, i will buy it soon, but need to now which are the correct one
Another is i can't use apple motion in my g4, ecause the actual grpahic card doesnot suport it.
