How do I find an Apple Certified Technician?

I want to upgrade my MBP 160 GB 5400 RPM to a Hitachi 200 GB 7200 RPM. I thought about doing it myself, but I don't want to lose the apple care warranty. According to what I've read in this forum, you won't lose your warranty if you have an apple certified tech install it.

So how do I go about finding a technician?

Also for those of you who have upgraded to a 7200 RPM HDD, do you notice a better performance? I primarily spend most of my time surfing the web, downloading music, playing games and editing videos (via iMovie and Final Cut Express). Would I notice a big change with these activities?
