How can I print a contact sheet with a repeated row of images?

A contact sheet can only put each photo once on the page. I can't think of a way to do it in iPhoto.

I was able to do what you describe in Photoshop Elements. If you have access to that program you can give it a try.

In Photoshop Elements, open all 8 photos.
Choose File->Contact Sheet II
Source Images Use: Current Open Documents
Thumbnails: Place across first, Columns: 8, Rows 1 (Use Auto Spacing)
Uncheck "Use Filename as Caption" unless you want the names.
Click OK.

You then need to move the row of photos to the top of the page with the move tool. Then while holding down the option and shift keys, use the move tool to drag copies repeatedly until you've filled the page.

Easy... use the Print dialogue. I do it all the time!

Create a new folder in iPhoto, drag the images there.
Highlight all and go up to File scroll down to Print and then you can choose different page options and paper sizes by changing the options in Styles and Paper.
You may also have to go back and re-order your images in iPhoto.
After you do Save As in any format you want.

The problem is you only get one copy of each photo this way. The OP wanted the same 8 photos to repeat down the page instead of only once. At least I think that's what she wanted. She hasn't come back to follow up.

This maybe old hat but you can get a Contact Sheet of just one image but selecting just one image from the library before going to the Print dialogue, selecting contact sheet and then using the slider the pick the number of columns. If you want one page of differenet images you'd have to do this procedure for each image. Make sense?
