maybe i didn't make sense

i'm talking about when the screen saver is displaying pictures

how do I go back (or fw) in the pictures displayed?

often we notice a picture just as its transitioning to the next and want to look at it again .. ie go backward

on the PC i was able to click left arrow and it would go back

when i do that on the iMac it comes out of the screen saver ;-(

Screensaver does not behave the way you want--if you touch the mouse or keyboard then Sceensaver goes away, as it was designed to do.

If you are in the habit of wanting to see pictures again, perhaps you should use Slideshow instead. Go to the folder of pix you want to see displayed, select all, then control click or right click on an item and select Slidehow from the drop down menu. You can use the arrow keys to go forward or back.
