Furigana

Am I missing something? Apparently in Pages 08 one can use Japanese Furigana?
However, I am unable to do this? I can type Hiragana, Katakana, and kanji, but can not get the hiragana to appear over top of the kanji ?
Can anyone help? What do I need to do ?

MacBookPro, Mac OS X (10.4.10)

Why would you think that?

I believe the only apps that do Furigana are MS Word, NeoOffice, and LightWayText.

PS OpenOffice /X11 can also do Furigana (Phonetic Guides).

You definitely cannot use furigana in Pages '08. I have asked for it since Pages 1.0, and it fails to materialise. Feel free to log feedback and remind them at http://www.apple.com/feedback/pages.html
