HP D7360 Photosmart printer

I cannot get the above printer to really work well with iPhoto.
I keep getting the message that the picture won't fit on the size paper selected, even though I cropped with constrain to 4x6 and so forth. The advanced settings say 4x6 is selected size, and I have the thing set to print to the 4x6 tray, but no luck.

Has anyone had any luck with this, or can anyone offer advice on the settings?
