A few notes. Mostly based on the recommendations that don't work, but seem to keep cropping up in every one of these posts:
- This doesn't only occur in Safari. Happens in the iPod screen (movies or music), YouTube, or Google Maps.
- Doesn't seem to be caused (or exclusively be caused) by having a full iPhone. With plenty of room left, it still occurs.
- Resetting the iPod does help reduce the frequency, but doesn't make it go away.
- Some users report seeing less problems after a restore. It's not clear if the problem actually goes away or just becomes less frequent (like above). My guess is that it just reduces the frequency.
