Porno in my album cover screen saver

In the last week or so when my cover art screen saver is active there have been ***** photos appearing along with the cover photos. Not always but about every 10 minutes another **** shot appears.
Anyone know how I can view the folder of cover art and delete the ****? I'm not against **** per se I't just that it offends my wife and she thinks that somehow I must be responsible for it.
Anyone else getting **** when they get cover art from itunes? I've never gotten cover art anyplace but the itunes "get cover art" feature so I'm wondering if this is happening to anyone else and how i can get at those photos to delete them. I've looked in the music/itunes/album artwork folder and all that's there are files that end with an .itc extension. Thanks for any help!

(For interested parties, you can see the censored word when you quote Frank's post. It's p.o.r.n.)

I've never seen p.o.r.n. appear in my artwork, but you can delete any artwork in iTunes by getting info (command-I) on multiple tracks, checking the blank Artwork box in the lower right of the Get Info window, and clicking OK.

thanks! I actually should have thought of that myself - sometimes ya can't see the forest for the trees LOL. I am in the process of deleting all the artwork right now and will start over with a fresh download of cover art and see what happens.

Hey Frank,

Just a question of curiosity, was your album artwork correct and normal before, and suddenly became full of pørn? Or what?

LOL, that's a strange thing that happened, are you sure you didn't use iTunes' album artwork settings to hide some pørn? 😉 😉 haha!

everything was just fine and just the last week or so perno started showing up. funny thing is i just deleted all the artwork and added it again and the perno is still there.
no need to hide any perno - i just don't want it in album artwork.
my wife doesn't object to me having perno (even tho I really don't LOL) she just doesn't wanna see it LOL

Can you give an example of an album that gets the naughty art? Does it appear that way in the iTunes Store? I bet Apple would like to know if their artwork database is messed up in some way.

You can almost always find the proper album art yourself with a Google Image search, and add it manually.

it only comes up when i use the album art screen saver. I have deleted every bit of art from every audiobook, podcast, video file etc. and FINALLY I have gotten rid of the ****. i am now using a program called itunes cool to DL the art from amazon.
