XServe RAID Capacity Info

The XServe RAID volumes will be treated just like any other drive as far as the host is concerned, so you can use anything that can see the drives from the host's perspective.

This includes any number of monitoring tools, including the built-in /usr/sbin/diskspacemonitor shell script.

I use cacti for showing the filling of volumes through time, like:

nagios is used for alerting when volumes get to full.

If you simply want to spot check - versus the good suggestions here for constant monitoring - the best GUI tool is under Activity Monitor. At the bottom of the AM display you can cycle through all attached disks and see the use percentage.

Disk Inventory X is a program that will display visually the use of any disk or folder if you start to wonder "where is all that space going?" and want to do some more forensic analysis.

With all disk capacity/analysis commands be aware of your permissions level. OS X will report 0K for files you don't have access rights to and it can be confusing.
