Possible to type backward "K" ? So it looks backward?

A backward "K" means strike out looking in baseball. Just wanted to know if someone new how to do.

I think the closest you can come in terms of a standardized character is U+029E: ʞ

Otherwise you would need to use a graphic or a specialized custom font.
