Importing Jingles

I downloaded IMovie HD, but it does not contain the "jingles" that are always so discussed. If they are free, how does one get them? If they are not, where does one purchase them, and for how much?

Thanks so much! I went to freeplay, and typed in jingles, but came up with nothing. Do I need to know the exact song I want, or is there a selection of background tracks to download, from which I can then pick a song? When I was at the Apple store, their computer had "jingles" as an entry on IMovie, and a huges selection of "shorts", "medium lengths" and "longer length" songs, w/ titles that reflected the sound of each song.

Thanks for responding. Yes, that's exactly where I am looking, and I do see the "Jingles" heading, but there is nothing in the file. Or in any of the ILife Sound Effects files. The "Standard Sound Effects" files and "Skywalker Sound Effects" files both have contents in them, thatpop up on the screen below. But nothing pops up with the Jingles or any other ILife Files. they seem to be empty. That's why I was wondering if they make you purchase them somewhere.... If not, is there a way to just download them?

The jingles and Skywalker effects should come with the iLife package. They will be located in the iMovie package contents.

Go to Applications and find the iMovie HD icon. Control click on it. In the menu that comes up, select Show Package Contents. Click on Contents and then Resources. Scroll down to Sound Effects. Look for Skywalker Sound effects in there. You should see all of the sound effects listed, including Jingles. Are they in there?

If you have found your iLife Sound Effects folder in the Apple Loops file, you can copy (don't remove) the iLife Sound Effects folder to your desktop. Then open iMovie, select Media/Audio. Then drag the iLife Sound Effects folder into your audio pane where you see the Skywalker Sound Effects and iTunes folders. I tried this on my computer and it worked fine. But, do at your own risk.
