It work for me... but still have problems though. Every restarting, I have to re-setup iscroll2. It seems that iscroll2 cannot remember the status.

I found a fix for my iBook G4 1GHz. Its not that complicated either.

1. Open Textedit
2. Type "/Library/StartupItems/iScroll2/iScroll2Daemon start" (without quotes)
3. SaveAs rc.local (to your desktop)
4. Close Textedit
5. Get Info for rc.local
6. Remove .rtf from the file name (use .local as the extension)
7. Open Terminal
8. Type "sudo cp ~/Desktop/rc.local /etc/rc.local" (without quotes)
9. Enter your password
10. Type "sudo chmod 755 /etc/rc.local" (without quotes)
11. Enter your password
12. Close Terminal
13. Open System Preferences
14. Click on the iScroll2 icon
15. Load Defaults
16. Restart your computer
17. Modify your settings so that your are happy in the system preferences.
18. Enjoy

There are easier ways of doing this, but it involves the "su" & "echo" commands and I'd feel uncomfortable telling people to use them. This method seems to be the least intimidating.
