iTunes Shopping Cart won't let me delete items.

I have some items in my shopping cart that I need to delete because I've already purchased them. But the problem is that it won't let me delete them and it also says that it is not available in the Canadian Store. If someone knows how to fix this that would be great.

I can't delete videos in my shopping cart. I've select the "x" and all I get is "accessing itunes store". I've selected the items and hit delete key and it ask if I want to remove, I select remove and it says 'accessing itunes store' and nothing. I should add that it looks like it's an itunes plus video which I don't mine but I want a different version. I should not be forced to purchase something I don't want. Next to the 'x' is Album Only and + on oppisite side. Any help would be appreciated.

Second question. While checking my account to make sure everything was up-to-date, I noticed that my account states that I have 39 download waiting. Everything I've ever purchased is in my library. Any ideas anyone?

I tried this and switched back to cart which is my preferred method. All the files reappeared, including the items labeled "view album" that I am trying to delete.

I've never had an issue deleting before. The problem appears to be associated with the songs with the caption "view album".

I find it horrendous that Apple does has a retail store and provides no support to the issue. I have been unable to locate a direct contact link to the company to resolve the issue. Most retailers provide a means to help out their customers.

I appreciate anyone on the board that can offer me some advice on this issue. Apple should give you a credit to iTunes for your time.

thanks so much!

I had the same problem in iTunes 7.5. There were two games in my shopping cart that I could neither purchase nor delete (the button that normally says "Buy Item" said "Veiw Item"). When I clicked "View" I received a message that said the item was not available in the iTunes Store. And when I clicked the X to delete them, the shopping cart would simply reload, but the items were still there. So to purchase the items I switched to 1-click shopping and bought them directly from the iTunes store. But of course, when I switched back to Shopping Cart they were still there.

I have been trying to delete them for at least a couple weeks now. And then yesterday, I tried again and they were deleted just like any other item would be deleted. So I don't know if iTunes did something to correct this problem, but it's fixed for me! Hopefully you'll find it to be fixed as well.

Same problem as well with music videos I added that were originally single purchase items and then the next day became Album Only in my shopping cart (though they really weren't) and now I can't delete them. I've tried several tricks to no avail.

I've called Apple Care twice with no resolution. They keep wanting to send me to iTunes Store support but I don't think the people answering there even know how to use a computer. They refuse to "escalate" the issue even though no one has still provided an answer. All I want is for the iTunes staff to delete my entire shopping cart contents but no.

Obvious something is seriously messed-up with the iTMS database and Apple is covering it up to prevent a huge blow to their Christmas sales. I'm sure the DBAs are working round the clock to fix this with no resolution yet.

In 25 years this is the worst support I've ever had from Apple.

I was able to remove a song I didn't want by adding the album and then deleting the album. So, that was a success. But I still can't delete two videos. The issues are the same as what's been posted here regarding videos. I tried to delete from my windows based pc that has 7.5 as well as from my Mac Powerbook with version 7.4.2. I tell ya, this is frustrating.
