The URL for the ATI drivers is
http://ati.amd.com/support/driver.html. From there choose "Apple Boot Camp, Windows XP." Next, choose what mac model you have. The drive page is in column view so it's easy to drill down to the driver you want.
Once you've selected your mac model in the above page you'll get to the actual page where you download the drivers. Download both the Display Driver and Catalyst Control Center files. These are windows executable files so you'll need to be in Windows to install them.
The only problem I had was when after CCC was installed I got an error message saying my .NET Framework was out of date. You can get the .NET updates thru the Windows Update program. You'll need to use the "Custom" selection in the Windows Update program.
You may want to install CCC first in case you have the .NET problem. I installed the drivers first and I wound up uninstalling/reinstalling the drivers AFTER getting CCC to work. Took about 9 restarts of Windows before I got everything to work. Installing CCC first may reduce this to 2-3 windows restarts.
