Photo Booth 2.0 -- White balance changes

Photo Booth in Leopard is cool, being able to use backgrounds. But after I take a picture on a background, then click the camera icon to take more pictures something hinkey happens to the white balance, everything turns yellowish. What's up with that? The only fix I am finding that works is to close Photo Booth and relaunch. There is not preference/setting for white balance so I am assuming it is supposed to be automatic.

Help!
