Mac OS X, Google Toolbar, Java Runtime Environment

1. What are Apple's plans to incorporate the 10/4/05 Sun and Google proposed Java Runtime Environment and Google Toolbar capabilities for Mac OS X so that I can use StarOffice applications on a remote server?

2. Does the current Mac OS 10.4 version allow those capabilities to be used when Sun and Google release their updated versions?
