Deconvolving a custom sine sweep?

I have a recording of a longer sine sweep in a hall, and I have the AIFF of the raw sine sweep, but no way to turn these two into an impulse response. Can anyone recommend software that can deconvolve a custom sine sweep?

Yeah, Logic 7. In Space Designer in 7 you can use the your source sweep and the recorded sweep and generate the impulse within Space Designer. In Logic 8, it seems we are stuck using the signal generator from the impulse response utility, the deconvolution step has been removed from space designer. I like the utility, but i wish we could use our own sweeps, not the the sweep from the internal generator.
