iTunes Printing Problem

I am using a 24" iMac and a Canon i9100 printer in Tiger and now in Leopard all the iTunes printing options including those that should print in colour print in Black and White. My printer settings all appear to be correct.
I also use Print_Fab (with customised profiles for paper and ink). When I use this driver, the colour covers print as expected.
Any suggestions?
